Terms and Conditions

1. 80 % payment is required upon confirmation of agreed date with representative of Modu27photography and balance at least 24hrs after the shoot.Services provided are non-refundable.
2. You are entitled to only 5 edited images per outfit, 15 edited images for a non-themed shoot / 3 outfits change and 20 edited images for a themed shoot / 4 outfits change, which would be picked immediately after the shoot. Any other additional image comes with a cost (both edited and non-edited that would be communicated to you if interested).
3. Post-production takes at least 14 days for shoots excluding Sundays and for the full packages (covering of events and photo books) takes 4 weeks.
4. Cancellation of date two weeks before the shoot, attracts a 50% non-refundable fee of the amount already deposited and a week or days to the shoot is full non-refundable fee.
5. A grace period of 1 hour for any delay and any time after that a charge of 10,000 per hour which will be signed off by the customer before the shoot and paid before delivery of pictures.
6. Movement of dates is subject to date availability and cancellation would attract 50% non-refundable fee.
7. No licensing or usage until licensing/usage payments are received in full.
8. Modu27 Photography reserves full rights to the images created and would use images for promotional purposes including and not limited to websites, social media, print publications.

* If the client would want full copyright privileges, it can be transferred at a fee.
